All claims to return any material require an RMA (Return Material Authorization); returned goods sent without the RMA are automatically rejected.
RMAs are valid for fifteen (15) days from the date issued.
The returning address will be provided with the RMA number.
The RMA number must be CLEARLY printed on the shipping label and attached to the packages.
You must include a printed copy of your RMA Request inside your returning packaging.
All returns are subject to inspection and acceptance before issuing credit or replacement. Items exhibiting signs of negligence, incomplete packs, unsuitable packaging, or physical deterioration that is not normal wear and tear will not be credited, and the buyer will be invoiced for part(s) sent.
Returning items due to fabrication defects: Items will be replaced with like or similar ones, which will be invoiced upfront. In this case, Solvedify, Inc. will issue a full credit, including freight costs for the faulty part, once it is received in our facility, inspected, and approved. To avoid charges, the damaged item(s) covered by the RMA must be received in our plant within ten (10) days of the replacement parts' ship date.
Returning items due to in-transit damages: Please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt. If the package appears damaged, reject it. If the packaging contains damaged items, document them with pictures and notify the shipper first, and then Solvedify, Inc., at rma@solvedify.com, by submitting the pictures taken. Without the incident documentation, subsequent damage claims may be difficult or impossible to prove later.
Incorrect Parts: Buyers must notify Solvedify, Inc. within three (3) business days of receiving any parts shipped by mistake by completing a return request form. Please provide an explanation of the issue in the claim form.
International Returns: Because shipping outside the U.S. can be pricey due to freight costs, duties, and customs fees, Solvedify, Inc. maintains the following returns policies:
Solvedify, Inc. does not cover the shipping costs for any parts returned to us from outside the U.S. for any reason. Buyers are responsible for all shipping, duties, and customs fees for any replacement parts as well. For international shipments, we have implemented a stringent protocol to ensure the items are the correct ones, and the buyer's acceptance is confirmed before shipment.
Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive when expected, please first check the carrier tracking to confirm the package was not left at your address. Unless you ask the carrier to obtain a signature upon delivery, Solvedify, Inc. is not responsible for packages once the courier verifies delivery. Once the courier confirms the package was lost in transit, we will issue credit.
Return Due To Change Of Mind: Solvedify, Inc. will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as a request to return (RMA) is received by us within 3 days of receipt of the item and it is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. A (15%) fifteen percent charge from the order total value will apply as a "Restocking Fee." All return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense, and they will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Solvedify, Inc. will refund the value of the goods returned less the Restocking Fee but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. If products purchased were special orders or custom-made for the buyer, they might not be eligible for a return and will require an internal investigation before rejection or approval.
